epatashala - Terms and conditions of learning, General Guidelines (Candidates have to agree to the terms and conditions at the time of registration)

  • All recordings are owned and protected by epatashala through which the classes are delivered . No part of the same can be reproduced, shared in any form.
  • There are four levels of learning for every set of 50 paasurams (verses) - Level 1- Half a line (4-5 days), Level 2- 1 line (4-5 days), Level 3- Half a paasuram (4-5 days), Level 4- Full paasuram (4-5 days). There is no fixed starting point to start learning. The learning circle is such that, When the classes reach the portions where you started to learn, you will be completing 4000. It is the individual's responsibility to attend classes regularly. Lessons will be available for a longer period of time. Accumulation of portions must be avoided.
  • Subscription / Contribution paid would not be refunded under any circumstances
  • Candidates have to buy the books. epatashala doesn't supply books.
  • The vadhyar / guru /teacher ensures that the recording is done in a smooth manner. It is the responsibility of the learner to dedicate time and learn (using headphones). The uploads are done after thorough vetting. The learner also needs to ensure that they have internet access to attend classes.
  • Only one person can learn through a registered account. epatashala can track the patterns of usage. Misuse of the learning account will lead to user getting blocked from learning forever.
  • Uploads won't be done when the teacher /vadhyar /guru is into Aashowcham (Theetu), Physically unwell, into divya desha / Abhimaana kshetra / Acharyan kainkaryam. Uploads also won't be done when power, internet connections are suspended due to extreme climatic conditions / by the order of Government / hostile political atmosphere. Such times are to be utilized to thoroughly revise old portions. Prior communication will be given to the learners.
  • Learn with kainkaryam orientation. Chant frequently at your home.
  • Invest a significant amount of time during weekends, holidays in memorizing completed portions.
  • Sport Thiruman - Srichoornam / Pundrams / Tilakam with lots of pride. Perform your nitya, naimittika karmas with sincerity
  • Never speak ill about any Bhagawatha. It amounts to both Bhagawatha as well as Bhagawat Apacharam
  • Chant your Acharyan's thaniyan (dhyana shlokam) at least once a day.
